We're almost there though--so hang in there Blenders!
Alright today's random bird photo: a Black-and-white Warbler! Kinda cool looking, no? I almost missed this guy because he blends surprising well into the bark of the birch trees. Luckily, he moved around enough to let me catch him before he left!
Now it's time to talk workouts! How're they goin for guys? Are you feeling good, or maybe gettin a bit tired?
Do you plan on working out today, or is it a rest day for you?
Should be a good combo, methinks! But after yesterday's standing abs routine, I just hope my core will make it through today's workout! This one: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/standing-abdominal-workout-34-minute-cardio-and-core is a humbler. Specifically for your lower back. I thought I'd made strides in my lower back strength until I did this video yesterday! And my lower back was like "Not so fast, Kim!" haha. I could only do about 8-10 reps of the bent over back extensions to the 15 reps Kelli did (and 3 rounds at that!). Definitely gonna have to keep this video in mind when I want to measure/improve my lower back strength some more!
And then of course, we have to refuel after our workouts: so what's on the menu for today, Blenders?
I think I might make a pork loin roast with some fresh cherries. With potatoes and fresh green beans or peas from our garden. Oh yeah, we's gettin fancy for a Thursday night! (I will probably be eating this while wearing sweat pants and one of Hubby's tees---so not too fancy, caz we gotta keep it real. haha)
Well FB Fam, I think I covered it all: random birds, workouts, food--yup that's the makings of a daily check-in right there!

Not gonna lie, I usually start getting tired by about this point in the week. Sometimes I take a rest day on a Thursday, sometimes I don't.
