And, I treated myself to FBMass, which is now added to my calendar, to begin with when I'm getting back to my usual (and more predictable) daily rhythms in a couple of weeks.
Reaching 43 today and being the fittest version of myself so far, I cannot thank Kelli and Daniel enough for helping me achieve sustainable and enjoyable fitness practices and attitude :-)
