Yesterday I finished the first weak od Abs round 1 and today a scheduled a lower body strength training, because why not. I read through it and thought it's ok, everything is fine.
I don't know why but I didn't see or just ignored the jumping lunges at the end of the wotkout, when I scheduled it.
OMG. They were killing me. I already struggle with them, but today that was insane. I even had problems with half jumps, where I don't go full from lunge to lunge and take a short rest in the middle.
Do you stumble across such workouts, where you think: hey honey thats insane, I don't know how to do it.
