Warm ups and cool downs

Hi all,

I am sort of new (tried a few videos a few years ago, but went with another program back then) and scheduled a few workouts for next week. I noticed one of them says you need to include a warming up and cool down yourself and the other doesn’t. Does that mean the other includes them or do you always have to add those yourself? And are they included in the programs and challenges (probably will try the challenges if I like the workouts and might buy a program if I like those). It seems a bit cumbersome to remember to include the warming ups and cooling downs and start those videos (I’m a bit of a youtube noob, usually only use it by clicking links from websites), so I am wondering how others tackle these things.
