Could you recommend exercises that make a good alternative to clean and press to ensure I am working the same muscles? I am uncomfortable doing it and never sure I’m doing the right thing anyway. I don’t feel my legs working at all really. I suppose that’s all the more reason to learn, but if there’s a good alternative without the explosive movement I’d rather just replace it, at least for now. Thanks!! :)
