I've been strength training consistently for almost two months now, and I am seeing more muscle. The problem is: my pants are suddenly two small and I've gained a couple of pounds. I also haven't changed my diet at all. Is this normal? I guess I was hoping I'd get leaner with the strength training or does that just take more time?
