That is in part my goal for the week. I say in part, because I've had a minor set back in regards to my burnout recovery. In the last 3 weeks I'd started to do more HIIT outdoors (stairs, hills) and my body wasn't ready for that. I saw signs of overtraining.
I've gone back to power walking only 30 minutes a day, no HIIT.
Plus I'll be working out in a two days on, one day off schedule, taking Wednesdays off to do Yoga.
Today was day one of Abs round 2 and I really pushed myself. Even did the Extra Credit Challenge. Yay for me!! It felt great.
