I've been trying out various strength training apps, but before I plunk down $$ for a subscription, I thought I'd check FB first for free to minimal cost programs. Does anyone have a recommendation for a FB strength training program for weight loss and toning? I'm not looking to bulk up like a bodybuilder. I've hit a plateau with my weight loss and want to put structure into my strength routine. I've been told that I should do split workouts instead of full body workouts. So now I'm hunting for routines, a program, or an app that will help me with that. On the other hand, I've been reading a lot of comments from the FB community, and now I'm wondering if I'm totally wrong in focusing on split routines. Should I just try a program that has a mix of strength and cardio and see where I end up? My main form of cardio is running so maybe I need to change it up and incorporate some HIIT as well. It's all so very confusing!
