I suffer from sore muscles at least for a couple of days--resulting in half the effort given for workouts. Does anyone have any suggestions on how my muscles can recover quick? I love working out but the soreness is kinda unbearable sometimes. I do eat right, drink lots of water and sleep at least 8 hours a day.
