I’m going to start the post a bit early. I hope that’s ok.
I did something I might regret. I have been dealing with a back/leg thing for months now. And I have been good and got the right shoes, saw the right professionals, did the exercises and over all I’m feeling better.
So tonight I did: total-body-hiit-and-abs-workout-cardio-and-core-combination. It felt really good to finally push my body a bit.
Hopefully I don’t regret this in the days and weeks to come but it feels really good right now.
This is an exercise routine that I could have easily done a year ago. But I have made progress and hopefully I keep doing better.
