Just before I had to hop on a work call this morning, she yells from the kitchen, “do you want something spicy for breakfast?”

Knowing that I LOVE Turkish menemen and Pakistani khageena, she put on her fusion cuisine chef’s hat, threw in a bit of Mexico for good measure (basically, the jalapeños instead of sivri biber or green chili), and plopped this down in front of me.
I was supposed to be paying attention on my call, but…just don’t tell Kelli and Daniel.
