Workouts in Pregnancy

Hi everyone!

We've just found out we're expecting, and aside from being incredibly excited (and a little shocked that this is real and in a bit of a daze about it?) I've been wondering how my workouts will fit in.

I have just started FB30 and I'm wondering can I continue as normal for the first trimester without modifying (i.e. continue with normal HIIT etc)? I'm assuming it's only really from the second one on I have to start modifying, provided I don't get completely knocked sideways with nausea in the first trimester etc. :P

Any advice at all would be great! :)
