I have a weird problem. I don't eat enough. I am doing FB Fit 1 and after my workout (I workout in the evening) I am not hungry! I find this strange because I do HIIT, Cardio, Strength and every thing in the program but afterwards I have no appetite whatsoever. I've been told by trainers to use supplements but I want to do everything naturally. I know that I need to have sufficient calories because my goal is to lose fat and build muscle. Has anyone else had this problem?
