Best workout programs for weight loss/muscle loss ?
Hi everyone !
I’ve been working out with Daniel and Kelli for about 5 years now : never with much of a structure, other than mixing up my running schedule/focusing on certain areas throughout the week.
Over the past few months, I’ve put on a lot of muscle mass, and am looking to lose some of it while still maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle (I’m also the first to admit I allow myself dessert at night about 7x a week too many and have to retreat my diet!). Basically achieve that toned and lean body type.
My question is : which of the workout programs would be best tailored to losing fat and muscle mass, without being too sedentary ?
