Not as much progress as I was hoping, but I see small changes everywhere, especially my arms/shoulders.
Also I am standing naturally, not posing or flexing. Leggings are folded down to see stomach progress long term. Posing/flexing definitely makes a difference. Don’t believe everything you see on Instagram! ;)
