I'm soooo crazy and sore

My Monday workout was

My Tuesday workout was

Today's workout should have been this

But guess what, I substituted this with my favourite 10 min feel good workout, because my whole body is sore. 😆😆😆

Later I will repeat it and do some light stretching.

Hopefully I feel less sore tomorrow.
