Insane HIIT Challenge - Bodyweight Only High Intensity Interval Training Workout

Got this to look forward to on Wednesday as part of the 8 week programme that I'm on and I'm a little intimidated. There's a beginner alternative but I've done some 4-5 workouts already so I feel I owe it to myself to give it a try. What do you think?
