This discussion is mostly for those of you who may be new to Fitness Blender (or exercise, in general), but we'd also like to hear from those of you who are more experienced too (wait until the end!).
As you might imagine, one of the most common questions we get is simply, “where do I start?”
If you haven’t worked out before (or it’s been a minute), this question can seem overwhelming.
There are literally so many options out there, so many things to consider.
If you need a bit more structure and guidance, our full Workout Programs, which lay out exactly which workout videos to do (and in which order), may also be a good option.
For beginners, we often recommend FB Low Impact (low impact cardio, strength training, Pilates, yoga, stretching, and bodyweight functional strength training) or FB Reach (Pilates, yoga, and stretching).
Regardless of where you decide to start, remember that any effort put towards your health is always worth it!
So, now is when we turn to those of you who are more experienced Fitness Blenders (especially those of you who may have started out with us from a beginners level).
Do you have any tips to share about how you got started? Hearing, first-hand, from actual users is such a great way to help others on their journey, so share your stories!
