first of all: hello to everyone! I've been working out with Fitnessblender for quite a while now, but I am new to the Community section :) and now I could really use your experience!
I am doing Flex right now. Since I have problems with my knees I can't do HIIT or even traditional Lower Body Strength training at the moment.
I'm considering to start Low Impact and Reach simultaneously to get some groundwork done and give my knees a break. Do you think I'll lose too much of my Upper Body/Core progress from my previous programs?
I really don't know what to do right now. I'd really love to do more intense stuff than Low Impact, but I don't want to hurt myself either.
What program should I do next?
