Hi everyone! I was curious whether anyone had any tips for protecting your lower back when doing workouts? Specifically when doing lower body strength training? I've noticed a pattern that whenever I start doing more lower body strength training, that my lower back starts feeling achy. Once it even hurt to walk, but luckily that only lasted a couple days.
So basically I'm looking for advice on proper form when doing lower body workouts. I try to maintain good form, but it's possible I'm missing something.
I also wonder whether this issue could be caused by a weak core? And if so, how could I go about strengthening it without aggravating my lower back?
