Im starting my fitness journey, and ive been working out as well as eating clean and on a calorie deficit, and i believe its getting me somewhere, i just started tho. My point is I always seem to give up when im doing HIIT workouts. Its way too intense for me and when im already sore they are extremely hard. My question is if I only do strength training and maybe some low impact cardio will I see the results Im looking for? Or will I keep the fat but be stronger? Thank you!
