Daily Check-in: Tuesday, July 9th

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

How're you all doing today? Did you survive your Monday yesterday?

I barely did! haha JK! It wasn't bad at all. I even did some afternoon adventuring with the Furry Trainers yesterday, and look at what we found: Wild Basil! There's a ton of it! It's very exciting, as I had no idea we had some in the area! It's a bit past prime now that it's gone to flower, but at least I know where to find it for next year!

So Blenders, how're things going in your part of the world? Are you having some nice weather? Enjoying some outside time?

We've been having a ton of haze the past several days. There's some large wildfires up in Canada right now, and we're gettin a good amount of smoke all the way down here from it. So, it's been a coughy/sneezy past couple days too!

And I hope anyone in the path of these fires stays safe!

Ok, let's talk a bit about some workouts for today, Blenders! Is it a workout day, or rest day for you?

Well I did an intensive lower body routine yesterday, and I'm definitely feelin it today--so I guess that means it's a great day to do some kickboxing! And upper body strength too! Yep, that sounds just about right!

And what about some good food goin on today, Blenders? What's on the menu for today?

I'm thinkin egg burritos! Bit of eggs, spinach, tomato, avocado, salsa, and whatever else I can find in the fridge, all wrapped in a tortilla! So easy, so delicious!
