I'm back! I enjoyed my week "off" last week (although I did work from Weds-Fri), but it's time to get back in the game.
I was going to start FB30, but I changed my mind, which I pretty much always do, lol. I opted instead to do Bored Easily, which is a new program for me. Day 1 was lower body - this is also the longest FB workout I've ever done, clocking in at 52 minutes! I've always enjoyed this format when those videos came up in other programs.
Last night was the return of longer walks with mum - I was trying to keep them shorter for maximum video game fun - last night, we did just over an hour and 6600 steps (total for yesterday was 12,000 over all).
