Does anyone combines yoga with Fitnessblender calendar programs and if yes, how do you schedule it? I'm on FB30 round 4 at the moment and usually follow up with a 15-20 minute practice (Yoga with Adriene), have been trying to commit to daily yoga. Has anyone tried alternating the scheduled FB calendar day with only yoga (longer practices or a class)? Thanks for sharing your experiences.
