Monday: Leg day - always strength and maybe some HIIT (depending on energy levels) finishing with a 10-15 minute Pilates burner. I like to activate my glutes after the warm up with a resistance band.
Tuesday: Upper body - strength or cardio kickboxing, sometimes both (again depending on energy levels).
Wednesday: "Active rest" day - I either go for a walk for an hour or do yoga for an hour--or sometimes both.
Thursday - Leg day again, same as Monday.
Friday - Upper body again, same as Tuesday.
Saturday - Rest day (maybe yoga or a walk, depending on my plans for the day).
