I've been doing Fitness Blender workouts from a long time but now I want quicker results so I subscribed to FB Fit. I want to lose weight and reduce some measures, but I have my thighs big, I mean, their are muscular and also fat. I want to reduce that mass but almost all the exercises are for gaining mass. What do I have to change in this workouts to reduce mass and still lose fat in my thighs?
