I read something about that strengthtraining is better than cardio when you want to loose body fat percentage and get toned. Recently I’ve developed a passion for running because its so easy to fit in my tight shedule as a studying mom. I would like to ask if anyone has tried to combine fbstrong with running a couple of times pr. week? Im training for a 5km run and on my 4th week out 10.
I was thinking about doing FB Strong 4 times a week combined with 3 times of running. Is it too much or possible?
