3 mile run

Slow and steady but finished it. I think the GPS on my phone likes to shut off for some reason. My app showed a map of my area when I started,but when I finished instead of map it showed a cicrcle with bars going out reflecting how fast I was going. Tonight I plan on doing a 15 min stretching video right before bed.

I've unofficially decided to join the national guard after we move which is probably (hopefully) next fall so I have until then to try and get really fit so everything will be easier. Need to work on my running and my push-ups, I'm good on the sit-ups last time I checked.
