I have been working out with FB for quite some time (with some breaks in between). I have had issues with my weight ever since hitting puberty. In my family there are lots of people with Diabetes type 2, and we have a history of strokes. So I work out for a better health. I do not want to become one of the many with those health issues. But, I also would like my body to reflect my fitness, and it doesn't.. I know there is no such thing as a perfect body, I know the most imporant thing is how you feel. But I dislike my double chin, flappy arms and potbelly at the same time. I would like to wear a dress without my inner thighs chafing.
How do you cope with things like this? Does your fitnesslevel match the way you look?
My body doesn't fit the way I feel
