MY LEGS!!

Today apparently was leg day : https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/fat-burning-hiit-workout-hiit-cardio-with-warm-up-with-low-impact-modifications followed by strentgh training focused on legs. Normally that's okay, but I rode my bike for 32.5 km (20 us miles) yesterday. I think I'm going to be nice and sore tomorrow (which thankfully is active rest.. )
