First six month of the year

I am so proud.

I finished the first six month of the year perfectly. I had lots of luck, because I wasn't sick or had a major injury, Here and there I had some problems, but nothing serious and I just did some light exercises until it was over. Some days I really didn't want to workout, so I did a 10 min light workout to get a little bit movement and my workout complete. This week was really hard, because it is so hot outside, and I was only doing low impact/easy workouts.

My workout length is about 30-40 min.

In addition to FB I am doing Yoga with Adriene daily.

At my heaviest I had 85 kg, this morning 65,5 kg. I am 1,67m tall. I have still a lot of belly fat, which is very stubborn, but I will get rid of it. I have PCOS and for me it is harder to loose weight.

Unfortunatly, I just have 3kg and 1 kg weights, but I still do my strength workout, maybe not with the results I could have with heavier weights, but it is what it is,

The only thing I really struggle is with my diet, I think I would have better results. I just love my sweets.
