Surprise 2 rest days in a row...

Y'all. Sometimes life happens. Sometimes you're busier than you planned, more exhausted from work or just generally overwhelmed. When I'm stressed, I try to prioritize my workouts, as they relieve the stress and make me feel 1000x better. But sometimes (like this week) that doesn't happen. And you accidentally take two very necessary rest days in a row.

And that's okay. You won't lose your weeks/months/years worth of progress. In fact, your muscles will heal more and you'll be able to push yourself even harder in that next workout.

Be kind to yourself and take a day off if you need it.
