FB Flex complete for the second time! :)

Finished my second rotation of FB Flex today. Again I was really happy with the program. It has been three months since I last did it and I saw clear progress on many different exercises, especially chest, shoulders and core. Talking about which, I kept a heavy focus on my core with a short core routine after every workout that didn't target the core muscles directly. I also did all extra credit workouts and added a cardio workout (either HIIT or kickboxing) and a lower body strength routine on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well as one or two stretching/yoga routines at the weekends.

After 8 pretty intensive sport-weeks with Strong and Flex back to back, I will take a relaxed week now with just easy flexibility/mobility workouts, so my joints and muscles get some time to regenerate and get rid of the tension. Not sure yet what to do afterwards... maybe another round of FB Strong :)
