Hey fb fam. I've been inthe FB community for 3 years now...I use to be very active but fell off. I never really had completed a full program but I would restart it once I missed a day. Now I cant even start and my diet is terrible. I feel miserable. I promised myself I would change my diet and workout early inthe morning today. But I made homemade tortillas and had two for breakfast and now I feel I should workout tomorrow...any advice on how to get my life on track? Thank you..
