Does anyone else struggle with fitting the workouts in and finding that you have to reschedule a day or two more often than you probably should?
There are certain days that I struggle to balance the program and the rest of my responsibilities. I'm in the 2nd week of FB Fit and I've had to reschedule a lot of days around when I've found it impossible to get a workout in. I hate doing that.
Does anyone have any advice on how best to manage the program against the rest of your day-to-day activities? Anything would help.
