Greetings everyone! I'm wondering if I am not the only one who has had this issue. I recently sprained my ankle and have been on the mend for this week. What is good way to gradually build strength in my ankle again both safely and gently?
I was considering mild yoga or some pillates but if anybody has any suggestions please let me know.
