Exciting news! Who's ready for an all new workout program? We've been working on a new 4 Week Workout Program for you and it's going to be available this Sunday morning, 6/23.
If you love FB Sweat, or FB Burn, you will love the new 4 Week FB Blend, that allows you to choose your own workout length each day. It blends strength training, HIIT, Pilates, stretching and more. All you need is dumbbells.
The workouts in this new program are between 32-45 minutes, averaging out to 38 minutes/day. Each day offers an Extra Credit Challenge, in case you've got the extra time and energy to push yourself a little harder.
Workouts are 5 days a week + an optional 6th recovery day workout but it's important to note that our online workout calendar allows you to complete these workouts at any pace you like.
Additionally, our programs can be reused as many times as you like, which means that once you buy this program, you can use it over and over again at no extra charge whatsoever. Because every single day uses a completely unique workout video (no repeat workouts!), you can use it multiple times before brain or body grows bored. Many of our customers have used the same program over a dozen times, which we consider a huge compliment :)
