I have been using fitness blender workouts for years and I really love them, but recently I have been really struggling with keeping myself accountable. My friends aren't really helpful, more often than not they will give me excuses to not work out :/
I was doing great for awhile several months ago, then had a busy week, got off track and I am currently at my highest weight I have ever been. I just completed my first workout in well over 2 months and it was a fairly easy workout and it was rough for me. I want to work out, I like the feeling during and afterwards, I just need to keep myself accountable! Any suggestions? Or anyone willing me be my accountability buddy?
