Hello everyone!
I am new to this community, kind of. I follow FB on instagram and I like to do their 30 min. workouts for busy people on YouTube. I am the type of person who has had on off and on relationship with exercising. This time around in my journey I just want to develop consistency in being active every day. I like to tell myself that if I can watch a show for half an hour easily, I can also exercise for half an hour easily. Half an hour does not take too much out of my day, so why not get it over with?! That is what is keeping me going so far. Tomorrow will be Day 4 for me!
