Hey all! Just finished day 3 of FB Burn. I’m hoping to do the whole 5 days of workouts per week, plus the active recovery day. I know we can schedule it anyway that works best for us, but I’m wondering if most people do all 5 workouts in a row, then straight into active recovery, then rest day. Or if you break up the 5 workouts with a rest day after day 2 or 3?
