How to get back to a previous look of a leg (before and after injury)

Hey Guys,

Funny story: 2 years ago I had an injury - twisted ankle - I had half of leg from calf till knee disabled for 2 months and my calf completely changed look. From mostly muscles to mostly bones (usual thing when u have disabled limb) -> I got back to exersizing, but still after 2 years and gaining back ALL my strenght and agility in this leg ->she is much thiner than other leg :|

Can u please help me? What to do to be more symmetrical?
