Goooood morning everyone (or afternoon, evening wherever you are).
So I used to do FB videos a bit sporadically a couple of years ago, not having a routine. Just picking whatever I used to fancy doing at the time and normally a few months before I was going abroad on holiday or something.
Now this past month I've been properly using the calendar function (oh god how good do all them ticks look?) and at the moment been alternating between the free 5 day challenges that have been uploaded to make sure I can follow them before delving into the 4-week programs which I'm actually excited to do and am spoilt for choice between which one to start off with.
A little bit about me. I'm Chloe (duh), 30 and live in Yorkshire in the UK. I work in a lovely big clothes shop where I'm on my feet all day but I am by no means fit. Every Saturday I also go on a just under 10 mile hike somewhere with my boyfriend which I absolutely love doing and and is the highlight to my weekend.
