I just realised a non-scale victory!

Hello everyone :)

I was never really good with HIIT workouts, my knees would always hurt, my heart was racing way too fast and I was constantly out of breath. So I was very happy when I discovered strength training for myself.

After training very regularly since December (I did FB strong twice and independent workouts, mostly strength focused), I thought I wanna change things up a bit, so I scheduled FB abs round 2 for june.

So, the first workout was a 30 min abs and HIIT session and what can I say, I did it! I pushed through and was exhausted at the end, but I did it and nothing hurt. I am so happy that I could really feel the progress I made.

If you would always get frustrated with HIIT like I did, don't give up! I will continue my HIIT experience and maybe I'll even like it someday, haha :D
