40+ FB Newbies

Hey Everyone!! I am a FB newbie. I'll be using FB to get myself back on track, after not doing ANY exercise for close to 1 year. EEEEK!!! I had a physical set back, and went into a huge funk because of it.

I am 43 years old, and I have about 25 pounds to lose. I am wondering if it is even possible to get into the best shape of my life at this age. Any other 40+ Fitness Blenders that wouldn't mind sharing their success stories, maybe your before and after pics if its even possible to share in this thread. Thanks!
