Hi Blenders- After finishing ABS 2 awhile back, I thought I would go on and try Adventure. However, the weather here hasn't been great- wet and windy and coolish so I postponed Adventure and decided to give FB30 a go (4 week program) - along with Reach. I picked FB30 cause I like the shorter workouts; I generally do them early morning and it works well for me. And why Reach? Well, to be honest, I wasn't sure about adding this on. Granted, I like yoga and stretching and pilates and I also do a yoga class once weekly- but I wasn't sure about doing something like this everyday. But the reviews on the program were encouraging and I thought 'why not?' Man, am I glad that I went for it!!! I LOVE the Reach program! Love, Love, Love. For one thing, it's definitely helped with some lower back pain (pinched nerve) which is fantastic. Secondly, it just makes me feel good. It's a great combination of lots of different techniques and moves and I love it. I always feel better afterwards. And the bonus? Well, I do try to tack it on to the FB30 workout for the day BUT if I don't have the time, it's short enough and not too sweaty which means that I can and I will do it in the evening after work- and it feels great for just winding down. Which means that it's really versatile!! It's short enough that I always feel like I can fit it in somehow. And I want to fit it in cause it's just a great program!! A real keeper and one I will definitely use again and again- most likely in conjuction with other programs. So thank you Kelli and Daniel for putting this together. And if any of you blenders are sitting on the fence, wondering if it's worth buying this program, just go for it! You won't regret it.
