Flex v strong / mass

Hi guys - I’m wanting to up my strength training again after completing my second marathon (yay)! I love the strength and mass programmes but would love to see some more progress with my upper body which even though I’ve kept up upper body workouts with all the running I feel now is the time to really try and push hard at it and give myself a new challenge. Has anyone done flex, as well as strong and mass, and found Flex better?
