Midpoint of 8 week challenge progress pics

I recently started one of fitness blender’s eight week challenges and this is the four week mark. I definitely was feeling stronger, but I wasn’t seeing it in the mirror. It wasn’t until I decided to take the second set of pictures that I realized there has been progress!

They are so encouraging on days when you just aren’t “feeling” it. When you think you aren’t moving forward. This has been such a great experience for me in terms of learning how to trust the process and appreciating ALL progress, big or small. Looking forward to the end results and my continued journey with FB! 😊
