I DID IT!!

So a couple days ago I asked you all Fitness Blenders what a good workout would be for a busy person. You all gave wonderful suggestions for the FB30. I so appreciated that! I looked at the programs again and read over them carefully. And I decided to purchase the FBBooty program! This was because it's only 3 days a week and I thought my lower body was a little bit stronger than my upper so I figured that would be a better place to start so I don't get discouraged. I just did my first workout complete day 1 tonight!! I am so proud of myself! And omg I don't know how Kelli talks while she does these INTENSE exercises!! And while I still feel my legs and butt are stronger than my arms, my abs completely fell flat on these exercises! Oooh my word! My abs are soooo weak!! I am so looking forward to how these exercises transform my body! I'm not ready show my "before" photos but maybe sometime through this program I will share my progress. Thank you all for your encouraging comments and thank you Kelli! I'm looking forward to working out with you in a couple days!
