I was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some workouts that aren't filled with squats and lunges? My knees really don't appreciate them and after doing a handful they end up really sore. I am seeing a physio and have a plan to improve them.
But in the interim, I am looking for some workouts to both strengthen my legs and are a good cardio workout (not necessarily in the same workout). So far I have been loving the kickboxing ones as these are very low intensity on the knees. But hoping to mix it up a little with some suggestions. :)
