Struggling with weight gain

Over the last school year, I’ve gained 15 lbs.

I think it should be noted, however, I came from a low weight of 109 after obsessively counting my steps and working out over the summer. During the last semester, I started to lift heavy and focused on building my legs and glutes, which I also think contributed to the weight gain. I’m 5’0 and 125 lbs now

I knew building muscle was going to cause a weight gain. I also knew when I came to school and had to abandon my strict, healthy diet and obsessive walking that I was going to gain weight. It’s just hard to see myself in the mirror compared to where I was last year.

For those of you who have gained weight, do you have any tips with confidence? For sustainably staying at a healthy weight?
